Order Processing Time

As a small business, processing time for our products [candles, wax melts, tealights] will be 2-3 days.

*Important Note: Take into consideration that all of our products are hand poured, not massed-produced. We will exhaust every effort to ensure consistency, uniformity and quality in a timely manner.  

Shipping Details 

Shipping Carrier

We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Package (for car fresheners and wax melts, as they are not as heavy) as our primary shipping service. Both USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Package are currently 1 - 3 business days services, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) is shipped. Feel free to utilize the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to track your package on www.USPS.com. UPS Next Day Air® is also an offered shipping service if you need/want your package in a hurry.

When Do We Ship?

USPS delivers six days a week and is closed on Sundays, therefore; to avoid the risk of your (candles, wax melts, tealights) sitting in a hot warehouse over the course of a weekend, we ship out orders Monday - Thursday. Orders that are placed Thursday (evening) - Sunday will be shipped out the following week starting on Monday. We take these precautions to ensure your items arrive in prestige condition. We want our customers to have the best shopping experience possible when ordering with us.

Price of Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated by USPS according to your state and the weight of your package. Free shipping is automatically applied to your cart when you spend $75 or more.

*Important Note: If you chose to use an advertised discount code, your cart must total $75+ even AFTER the discount code is applied in order to have BOTH free shipping and your discount code applied. If the discount code drops your cart's total to less than $75, free shipping will not be applied along with the discount code. 

Orders Not Delivered

In the case your order is not delivered or lost, immediately contact USPS or to file a claim. If Uphoria Candles is responsible for the issue, email us at support@uphoriacandles.com and we will resolve the issue to the best of our abilities and as quickly as possible.
